Mellotone Beer Project

Mellotone is located in the old Taft’s Ale House and is a modern take on the brewpub experience. They have a fantastic lineup of beers, from IPAs to sours.

🌅 Standout item: Golden Hour is a modern take on the West Coast IPA style - vibrant and tropical, with notes of mango, passion fruit, and pineapple gleaming throughout. Just enough bitterness to keep you on the hook, not enough to let it linger.

⁠🍔  Food: Mellotone has a pretty elevated food menu for a brewery. Smashburger and fried chicken sandwich are out of this world! Trust us + order the olive oil cake.
