Founded by Amy Pennington (a mom of three with two kids who have disabilities), this inclusive workplace tackles the staggering 80% unemployment rate among people with disabilities by proving there are no limits on what they can achieve! With their motto "Every scoop makes a difference," this isn't just an ice cream shop - it's a beacon of hope for families and a celebration of what's possible when we focus on abilities rather than disabilities.
